Mailer box measurements
Overview
The Roll End Front Tuck (REFT) or Roll End Tuck Front (RETF) Mailer, otherwise known as the Ear Lock Mailer or Tab Locking Literature Mailer, is our most popular box, as it offers the best combination of form and function.
While traditionally utilized by e-commerce brands and subscription box companies, custom corrugated mailer boxes have now become the go-to medium for corporate gifting projects, product sample kits, New Employee Welcome kits, and influencer marketing campaigns.
When designing, please consider that the dimensions (LxWxH) represent the interior dimensions of the box. If possible, try to keep the height as low as possible, as it affects pricing the most.

          Mail Ready & Retail Ready
The Mailer is a versatile box that can be shipped in the mail and also used in retail settings. Based on the size and shape of your box, we automatically select the best thickness (either E Flute ~1.5mm or B Flute ~3mm) for your job.

Essentially, if L" × W" × H" (in inches) is less than 571, the tool selects E Flute. Otherwise, it recommends B Flute.

If you have a particularly heavy or fragile item going inside a small box, or have light malleable items going inside a large box, let us know, as a different thickness may be better suited.
