We ship custom boxes to Canada and the U.S. only.
To change your shipping address, please go to 'My Account' located at the upper right of customboxbuilder.com, select 'Settings,' and then click on 'Address' to update your address details.
All boxes are shipped flat to optimize shipping costs and ensure their safe arrival. Your custom boxes will arrive as unassembled sheets, ready to be easily put together with just your hands and a flat surface.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on incorrect size selection. Please ensure you carefully check the inside box dimensions listed in each product title before ordering and do not rely solely on images to determine the box size.
Please log in to your account and view your order history to track the progress of all your packaging orders, including production status and estimated delivery times.
For orders exceeding 2,000 boxes, please contact us, and we'll assign a dedicated client services representative who offers personalized assistance. Our representative will connect with you to discuss your custom packaging needs and provide a quote.

To reorder, visit the 'Order History' section under 'Your Account'. Click REORDER on the desired boxes, then proceed to checkout to place your order.
You can cancel your order at any time before the design of your custom packaging is approved. To cancel, contact us directly or send us an email at contact@customboxbuilder.com

Yes, we review all submitted artwork to ensure they are perfect for printing. If we detect any issues related to alignment or image resolution, we will either fix them or contact you for further guidance. Please note that we are not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect content.
Yes, we print the inside of the box for our Mailers and Shipping boxes.
Use our intuitive design tool to effortlessly customize your box with logos, text, templates, shapes, barcodes, and graphics. You can also upload your custom packaging artwork and design in 3D or using a dieline.
No, we offer multiple finishes for paperboard, including subtle sheen, spot gloss, and smooth matte. For cardboard, choose from natural kraft, standard white, or premium white.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to design your boxes using either the dieline template for a 2D view or our 3D design tool.
Our boxes are made from high-quality, recyclable cardboard, designed to be sturdy enough for shipping without requiring an outer container.
The dimensions provided on our website represent the approximate inner measurements of the box LWH (length × width × height).
To view your saved designs, login, click on 'My Account' in the upper-right corner, and select 'Saved Designs' in your dashboard. You can then reorder, edit, or delete them.
Yes, in addition to our main box types, we offer a variety of other packaging solutions. These include retail POP displays, crinkle paper, and custom box inserts. We also provide packaging accessories like custom-printed tissue paper, printed tape, and pouches to enhance your packaging experience.
